Thank you for ur help

Answer
Dwayne,

I would start off by checking the fuses to make sure the fuse for the horn isn't blown. From there you can take a tester, locate the horn(I'm not sure where it is on your specific make) and test to see if it is receiving any power. You can take a piggy back lead from the battery to do this. If the horn(s) work with the lead than your best bet would be to either have a look at the connection on the wheel itself or hunt down a possible wiring issue. Any decent shop shouldn't charge but an hours worth of labor to fix this problem.

Your headliner on the other hand is another story. If the actual Styrofoam backing has become unseated or is worse for wear than this could be an expensive problem. I had a buddy who spent almost $500 to have his headliner reglued and reupholstered. Take a look at the headliner, does it have holes in it? Is the material severely worn? 3M sells a spray adhesive for headliners. This product should be available at most part stores, usually with the generic mile of weatherstripping. I have never seen anyone successfully re-adhere a section of drooping headliner material. There are forums online that show you how to uninstall and reinstall the headliner. You're most likely going to have to take it out, remove the material and go from there. Shop around, you might surprise yourself and fine an upholsterer that would complete the job for a good price.

Dayne, if you have any more questions please feel free to ask. Don't forget to rate my response to you .
