Cadillac Repair: Electrical, turn signal flasher, hazard flasher

I'm trying to replace the flasher in a '90 Sedan DeVille and can't find the dang thing. Any ideas?

The turn signal flasher is usually located under the dash on a bracket near the steering column.

Purchase a NEW TURN SIGNAL flasher NOT to be confused with the EMERGENCY/HAZARD flasher and this will give you an idea of WHAT you are looking for.

Picture yourself sitting in the drivers seat and the flasher should be about level with your knees under the dash near the steering column.
