Cadillac Repair: CADILLAC HORN, cadillac eldorado, dear sirs

DEAR SIRS: HAVE A 1994 CADILLAC ELDORADO, HORN DOESN'T WORK CHECKED ALL FUSES, NO POWER SHOWING UP AT HORN ON PASSENGERS SIDE BY BATTERY.DONT KNOW WHERE WIRING GOES FROM THERE.ANY SUGESTIONS?

Hi Oren, There is a circuit breaker in the LH maxi fuse block underhood, horn relay B under hood at same location and the horn button contacts that need to be tested. The easiest things to do is test or replace the relay and circuit breaker and you can also test all the circuits useing a 12v testlight and a wiring diagram with the relay removed. Then you will know what circuit is keeping the horn from playing. You can jumper the terminals and make the horns play with the relay out. Hope that helps. Bill
