Bill: I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your help. The problem was exactly as you described in the steering column. When you use the tilt the brakes would go off in a certain position. I just have to crawl under and fix it. Thanks again for you time and expertise.

Hi Dave, Thanks for letting me know the outcome. What I have done in this case is cut the wire in a good spot, push the terminal back into the connector and then add a short section of wire so there is room to move and then the wire won't pull out again. Bill
