Question
Hello
It's a 1993 sixty's special sedan deville
It is hard to start but does start, when it starts it blows black smoke and then clears after a moment. The idle is not steady and now that the tempreture is warming up it seems to be stalling out alot when i slow down or try to excellerate, not sure if the heat and stalling is related.

Thank you for time.

Answer
Obviously black smoke from the exhaust is a sign of leaking fuel injector(s).

Naturally since the oxygen sensor is seeing a RICH air to fuel mixture in the exhaust system it naturally sends a signal back to the ECM (computer) which in turn LEANS out the amount of fuel emitted into the engine to compensate for the RICH exhaust content.

This LEANING out (Reducing fuel volume) will ALWAYS cause engine temperature to rise up above normal operating temperature of 220 degrees.

You need to have a professional facility who has the specialized equipment in order to diagnose and correct your problem.
