Chevrolet Repair: ECM B FUSE BLOWS, chevy tahoe, market radio

I am a single mom that trys to get by with what little I have, and today out of all days my 2000 chevy tahoe won't start so me not really knowing anything about cars"start to look everywhere and start to think the worst..well looked the tahoe over and noticed that the Ecm b fuse kelpt blowing when I tried to start up. The only reason I know it is the Ecm b fuse is because the inside of m fuse panal told me what it was..lol.anyway after spending hours and hours online I seen where someone stated that it could be the relay so I removed the relay and tried to start it and fuse did not blow and the gas gage went to normal amount of gas" but as soon as I replaced the relay and tried to start it the fuse blew and the gas gage went to E..is it possible that my radio amp could be pulling all the energy? I just had the fule pump replaced about 3 months ago please someone help me! I do not have a lot of money to send it to a shop just for them to replace something simple and charge me alot of money..I will try whatever I need to get it going again.

GOOD DAY STEPHANIE,THE RESAON THE FUSE DID NOT BLOW WHEN YOU REMOVED THE RELAY IS BECAUSE THERE WAS NO POWER BEING SENT TO THE ECM..YOUR RADIO COULD NOT BEING PULLING THAT KIND OF CURRENT TO BLOW A FUSE...UNLESS YOU GOT SOMEKIND OF AFTER MARKET RADIO ?? THIS PROBLEM WILL BE VERY HARD TO DIAGNOSE OVER EMAILS. BUT SOME GUESSES WOULD BE WIREING ISSUES,WHICH THERE COULD BE MANY THINGS THAT CAN CAUSE THE ECM FUSE TO POP,  A FAULTY ECM ITSELF SHORTING OUT INTRNALLY COULD BE GOING ON AS WELL.. I WISH I COULD HELP YOU OUT MORE WITH THIS BUT I REALLY WOULD NEED TO BE THERE TO SEE AND CK WIRING..YOU IN ROCHESTER NY ??? IF YOU COULD GET THIS SYSTEM SCANNED WITH A SCAN TOOL THIS MAY SHED SOME LIGHT AS TO WHERE TO BEGIN.
