Chevrolet Repair: 2002 Trailblazer, four wheel drive, fuse

Question
I noticed that the light above the knob that indicates if I am driving in 2WD, AWD, 4WDlow, and 4WDhigh is not on.  It also does not feel like anything changes when I turn the knob to put it into 4 wheel drive (not that I am sure I would really notice a change).  Do you think a fuse is just burnt out for that light or could it be something worse?  Thanks.

Answer
Something worse unfortunately.  Sounds like you will need a new control module for your four wheel drive.  It is not communicating that is why the light is not on.  Take it in to the dealer and have diagnosis run on the system and they will give you an estimate.
