Chevrolet Repair: 03 Tahoe, cha cha cha, slide pins

Question
I have a '03 Tahoe.  When I turn the wheel right at 30MPH it makes a rubbing ( CHA CHA CHA) noise.  Any idea what it could be. Does not do it any other direction but turning right. Cant tell if it comes from right or left side, but it comes from the front.

Answer
it is most likely 1 of 3 things.

1.  a brake is dragging on turns.  could indicate a need for new brakes. Maybe your slide pins are not functioning correctly.  Rust on the dust shield or a bent dust shield.

2.  a wheel bearing, but that should do it all the time.  Not just turns.

3.  a cv joint/half shaft.  This is usually clicking on hard turns.

I suspect the brakes.
