Chevrolet Repair: 2000 Chev Cavalier wont start, internal computer system, chev cavalier

Hi Mark, I have a 2000 base chev cavalier that will not start (it's intermittent). It's been to the mechanics and has already received the full inspection. Spark plugs, electric work and fuel pump all working just fine. It's been put on 2 different testers which I have been told are unable to read the car's internal computer system for some reason. When I don't drive the car for a 24 hour period the car won't start. It's sounds fine starting, but the engine will not turn over. I am so frustrated and would appreciate any other suggestions. My only other option would be to take it to the dealership.  Help!!

Hi Heidi, There are too many things that can cause this to happen for me to help you without seeing the car. I know everyone hates the dealer but I think it is your best answer to repair this problem on your car. Sorry I can't help you.
