Chevrolet Repair: 95 Chevy 1500 silverado, chevy 1500 silverado, vacuum hose

Question
I have just purchased a chevy 1500 silverado 4x4 ext. cab with 134,000 miles. engine type is 5.7 with a/c.The problem I'm having is that when the truck warms up (aprox. 10- 15 mins.) in park or in any other gear when you hit the accelerator the engine bogs down and then stalls if you keep your foot on the gas or resumes idol speed if you hurry up and release your foot. if the truck stalls the only way you can restart it is by pushing the accelerator to the floor and then turning the key. I have no lights on and have done the following:
1. replaced fuel filter
2. replaced spark plugs & wires
3. replaced distributor cap
4. replaced rotor cap
5. replaced tps sensor
6. replaced pcv sensor
also i should mention that i checked the new spark plugs about 1 week after replacing them and they are caked with black carbon. there is also allot of smoke coming from exhaust when you rev engine. oil looks good though.
I am stumped and would appreciate any help.

Answer
I would check the fuel pressure, and the pressure regulator. Pull the vacuum hose from the regulator, and see if there is any gas in it. There should NOT be.
If the diaphragm is ruptured, it will allow the vacuum to suck in raw gas into the intake manifold.
