Chevrolet Repair: heater blower motor, chevy g20, heater blower

Question
the blower doesn't work on my 88 chevy g20?  It does eventually get warm.  Is it for sure the blower motor or could it be the ac, heater switch panel on the dash?  Also, the horn is inoperable.  When pressing the horn, I hear a clicking noise under the dash.  I checked the fuses. all ok.  Where is the horn located so I can tap on it to see if that works?  Thanks in advance, Scott

Answer
Hi Scott, The first thing to do is test the fuse for the heater blower motor. This should be inside under the dash on the drivers side. If good then test for power at the blower motor, if you have power then the motor is bad. The horns should be near the headlights, could be inside the grille or by the fender.

Sorry I can't be more help
