Chevrolet Repair: 97 Malibu has no Spark, tempurature, intake manifold

My 97 malibu will not start when the outside tempurature is cold (below 45F) and the engine is cold.  The engine will turn over but not start.  I've checked for spark using a tester and there is no spark.  I've replaced the spark plugs, wires, ignition coils and the ignition control module.  What else can I do?

Hi Jim, No Spark when cold?? Haven't seen this before and I have seen a lot. Try this, spray some carb cleaner into the intake manifold when it doesn't start and see if it starts now. 99 percent of the time it is a bad fuel pump causing this to happen.
