Chevrolet Repair: 93 chev fuel problem, turning the key, fuel supply

Question
hi. i have a 93chev cheyenne pickup it won't start without priming it. here is a list on what i done so far.
last year truck was setting for a couple of months because i was out of yown. came home and it would not start. changed the dist. and worked fine for 4 months. then it would not start without priming and i would have to keep reving it up.
changed the fuel pump and fuel filter. still the same problem except after a priming it might start for 3 or 4 days but still just dying until another priming. i did not drive it around but only tested it for the problem.
then i changed the dist. same problems.
changed trottle body. same problems.
changed computer. same problems.
put another new fuel pump in. same problem.
i also checked the fuel pressure each time at the trottle body and it was fine. spark is fine. the truck won't restart without being primed. no spray from injectors only after i prime it and keep it reved. can you please give m e a list of things that might be wrong. i read some q+a on this site and they mention dist shaft and sensors. the reason i put a secound new fuel pump in was that someone convinced me that was the trouble. taught might wonder why
thanks dan

Answer
There should be an intial "squirt" of fuel prior to starting the car. Try turning the key on and off about three or four times then try to start it. It should have started or acted like it was going to.
You have a small leak in the fuel supply line. Most likely a small seal around the carb or connectors.
