Chevrolet Repair: 1996 Chevy Cavalier, chevy cavalier, ecm

I have a 1996 chevy cavalier that will not start. I do know that the check engine light is not coming on at all. I know that until it come on the car will not start. the engine turns over fine. I have replaced the computer. That did not help. Do you have any suggestions. The engine is a 2.2 with a automatic transmission.

These types of things can be difficult to diagnose this way, when the ECM was replaced was it " flashed " (reprogrammed for your car ? ) the new ECM will not work until this is done.also check the fuse to the ECM, there is one dedicated to it alone . wish I could be more help with this one but like I said not easy to answer this type of question through email, if all else fails you may just want to bring the car to the dealer
