Chevrolet Repair: Air Conditioner, vacuum tank, chevy camaro

Question
I have a 1996 Chevy Camaro.  Recently the air conditioner has been acting up.  The air only comes out of the defroster and floor vents, regardless of what the controls are set on.  Any suggestions?

Answer
Hi Adam, check for a vacuum leak under the hood that goes to the heater control head. Follow all the hoses coming from the intake manifold and to the vacuum tank looking for a leak. You should be able to locate the problem without much trouble.

Hope this helps
