Chevrolet Repair: chevy s-10 trans, oil truck, motor oil

to know if motor oil accidently poured into trans and run will hurt trans truck started slipping,pulled pan and found oil.truck is 94 s-10 4.3 liter autotrans

Hi Steve,
Depends on how much slipping was allowed to happen.
Just blow or flush as much out as you can. You can remove a line and blow through the cooler also. Then fill tranny with correct fluid, maybe not completely full, but enough to flush out some more, run it a few minutes, then drain and fill again.
Hope for the best.
Too late to wory too much, but make the best of it.
Flush and fill a couple times if you really want to try to save it.
