Chevrolet Repair: Start Up, ac delco, o2 sensor

Question
I have a 1993 Chevy Chyenne with a 4.3 litre v-6.  It also has an automatic transmission.  The engine is real weak.  When I mean weak, it will kick down into the overdrive gear when going up a slight hill or if the wind is blowing to strong.  Is there a problem with the transmission or the engine.  I just replaced the plugs with bosch +4 and changed the fuel filter.  I have not yet located the o2 censor.  It will also puff blue smoke when it sits for a while and then started.  Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Answer
First throw those BOSH plugs in the trash and put the AC DELCO plugs back in it.

Second, There is NOTHING wrong with your o2 sensor.

Third, If your pumping BLUE SMOKE this is a sign of weak piston oil rings on the pistons within the engine.

However it IS quite normal for the overdrive to kick IN and OUT under these conditions.
