Hi Bobby,
Any chance that the place you get fuel has some water in the fuel?

If not, check for vacuum leaks, and service the EGR valves. Clean the idle air control valves also.

Answer
Hi Bobby,
The IAC valve screws into the intake throat somewhere, and has a few wires connected to it. It should screw out, but if you have a throttle body, you can see it down beside the intake throat, and don't even need to screw it out. Just hose it down with spray carb/PCV valve cleaner.

When you turn the key to run, you should be able to see it move, or at least hear it if you are out under the hood, and have the air intake hose off.
