Chevrolet Repair: disc brake replacement, rear disc brakes, chevy silverado

Question
I have a 2001 chevy Silverado 1500 extended cab, 4WD.  I 'm changing the rear disc brakes. I've got the pins to spin to remove the caliper, but they don't back out.  what is the trick to getting them out?

Answer
I don't know what you mean. just loosen them up and pull them out. There might be small rubber "HATS" on the backside of the bolts that you may have to pull off but I never saw anything else.
