Chevrolet Repair: geo start up problem, click sound, charging system

Hi,
When I try to start up my car it gives me the click sound (as if the battery is gone, no turning or forcing sound), and it usually does it in the morning, when the engine is warm it usualy starts up fine. I had battery, charging system and the starter checked with computer and it said all three of them are working good.
  What could it be?

Hi Turan, You never told me how you do get it to start, I'm guessing that you keep tring until it starts. This sounds to me like a bad starter. Sometimes you can tap on the starter while someone holds the key in the crank position and it will start. If the cars starts after you keep tring without a jump then I would replace the starter.
