Chrysler Repair: wiper arms

2005 Chrysler town and country minivan windshield wipers hit each other a bit at tip, and then, occasionally, the driver side blade goes off the windshield and hits the driver window. Not usable. Just started after a lot of ice and snow. Blades are good, but how do you replace the rest of it assuming it is the solution.Already tried tightening the nut on the arm.

Hi Jon,
You will need to inspect the wiper linkage to see whether something is loose and needs to be tightened or whether something is damaged and needs to be replaced. I can send you the pages about that aspect from a CD of the service manual attached to an email I will send directly. But I need to know your email address.
