Chrysler Repair: 94 concorde: multiple electrical problems after heavy rain

Question
QUESTION: low milage car was running perfect. bad rain storm night before.  next day car will not start.  acts like alarm is on(start and die).  no dome lights power locks, wipers auto temp display or the display for the transmission gears in the dash.  alarm is not flashing lights or sounding horn.  alarm light on top of dash is not on at all. pulled bcm and checked it for possible water and none found. tried the green/orange wire bypass and that did not work also.  keyless entry still works have also tried using key on both front doors and trunk. checked all fuses and all good.  Any suggestions as it seems a bcm is not availible from the dealer or any parts places and finding one in a salvage yard is not found.

ANSWER: Hi Dallas,
The variety of impaired systems plus the fact that I could find no common power source that would impact them all leads me to consider that the BCM may have been dampened by leakage from the windshield area above it. My suggestion would be to use a spray can of electrical contact cleaner from an electronics store to evenly dampen the three plugs and sockets and let that then evaporate and ideally remove any moisture that could be causing these problems. Use a blower to speed the evaporation process if you have one handy. Let me know whether or not this changes any of the situation.
Please see the PS (below) and respond to it.
Thanks,
Roland

QUESTION: tried your suggestion sorry to say it did not change any of the problem.  cleaned all the connection plugs to bcm as recommended.  any more suggestions,  also don't know if this is relevant or not but I have bcm completely unhooked and the keyless entry still is working.  I thought the power lock fuction worked through the bcm

Answer
Hi Dallas,
No, the power door locks aren't related to the BCM in the '94 LH body cars, which I did notice earlier but didn't make a point of. Other than a detailed search for some common + side connections, which I will do:
Another possibility is that the "body ground systems" may have a poor/loose connection. There is shown to be a central grounding point for many body systems at what is called the "noisy panel ground" which is stated to be located on the "ASDM bracket". Now all I have to do is figure out what the ASDM is, and where is its bracket. Any ideas?* The BCM is supposed to be grounded there by a black wire on pin 21 of the bone colored plug. So you might see if that wire seems to be "grounded".
Thanks for the rating and nomination. Feel free to do both again if you believe a merit them.

*I believe it could be the "airbag systems diagnostic module" though I don't see that name, rather a 'control module'.
