Chrysler Repair: fuse for 2000 t&c windows, fuse block, steering wheel

I am trying to find the fuse for the power windows on my van.  I have looked in the box under the hood and the area beneath the steering wheel and still cant seem to locate it.  Thank you in advance for all your help.

There is no dedicated fuse for the power windows on your vehicle. Power is sullpied to the switch through the electronics of the junction/fuse block inside the vehicle next to the parking brake mechanism. Explain why you are looking for a fuse please. I would venture a guess that it is because the power windows do not work.
