Chrysler Repair: 06 sebring seat belt, side seat, seat belt

I am looking for quick repairs for the driver side seat belt. It is fully extended. And will not retract. Thank you before hand for your help.

The only thing that I can advise you to try would be to grasp the seat belt and sharply pull it outward then release your grip. Try this a few times it may release the lock mechanism. If it doesn't work then you'll have no choice than to replace the belt assembly.
