Hi Osvaldo,
The 55 means 'end of fault code readout' so ignore that
The 12 means the battery was disconnected recently from the computer or from the system
the 27 means that one (or more?) of the fuel injectors is not responding electrically as it should when requested. Do you have a 'miss'?
The 21 means that heated oxygen sensor (looks like a spark plug, mounted on the exhaust manifold) is not responding as it should. Either the wiring is distruber (it is fragile) or the sensor is bad and needs to be replaced.
Let me know of any symptoms you are experiencing and what is the year model of the minivan
