Chrysler Repair: 2001 Sebring convert starter replacement, torque arm, private option

This is the 2.7L Auto trans CONVERTIBLE. Starter is shrouded by torque arm bracket assembly.See no way around removing bracket ass.unless you know magic trick.May be doing on the ground lift not available.Fuse for starter is blowing in between intermittent starts.

Hi Michael,
The manual suggests a couple of things:
remove the oxygen sensor from the exhaust pipe
remove the front engine mount through bolt and remove the front mount bracket from engine block.  
Then there are a couple of assembly sequencing tricks and the torques specs.
The best way would be for me to copy these pages off my '04 CD and send them to you as an attachment to an email. I have the pages ready to send if you want them.
