Chrysler Repair: turn/hazards not working: 99 minivan, grand voyager, body control module

Question
I own a 99 Grand Voyager 3.3ltr. flex fuel, the other day we pick up our trailer and it was raining, I plugged the trailer into the van, I installed a T-connector for trailer 3 yrs. ago and have had no problems, anyway got on the road and found out I have no turn or hazard signals, I checked all bulbs, all fuses, all relay both under the hood and dash, replaced flasher, replaced multi-func. switch on steering, still have nothing. This is my wife van and she is all over my a$$, any helpful hint or ideas would be wonderful

                        Thanks in advance

Answer
Hi Dan,
I wonder if you went beyond visually looking at the fuses to actually testing both sides of them to verify voltage. Fuse #10 in the power distribution box under the hood (labeled HAZARD) and fuse #12 in the junction box under the dash (lableled TS BU LMP) are necessary for the missing functions. Let me know if you find them both to be "hot" (all the time for the first, when the ignition is in run for the second). We can then look futher for volatages that the components have to produce.
I would also look similarly at fuses 1,2,3,6 under the dash and 19,22,28 under the hood which are involved with the body control module which plays a role in the affected lights. Be sure that they all are electrically patent.
