Chrysler Repair: 2003 Chrysler T&C van power windows, side kick panel, connectivity problem

Drivers side window (for about a year!!) would intermittently not respond to switch, or would stop moving mid action (up or down)  finally it stopped working completely...COINCIDENTALLY the passenger side stopped working as well after having had NO previous problems.  Checked power window (25A) fuse in engine area for continuity, fuse is fine.  originally thought it was a bad motor, but when passenger side stopped operating, I started thinking electrical connectivity problem.  Have you seen this before?  thoughts??

Hi Joe,
There is power window circuit breaker in series with fuse 28 (40 amp) according to the '02 manual and it is located on the driver side kick panel near the floor and forward on the panel as best I can tell from the manual drawing. It is gray in color according to the '04 manual.  So find that and reset it. Then see what is what.
