Hi Abel,
You have to loosen the tensioner locking bolt so as to release the tension enough to remove the belt. It is easier to do that if you jack up the right front wheel and remove it, and then remove the 'splash shield' which separates the wheel well from the front of the engine. The details of tightening the tensioner is also a needed. I can copy the pages from the '04 manual and email them to you. I need to know your email address.
