The fans are not working, not turning on. Thermostat and temp sensor were replaced with new ones. The radiator has apparently sprung a big leak under the top hose in the plastic, passenger side of the radiator. The big fuse for the cooling fans is good, not blown. Fan relay switch and radiator replacement would seem to be required. Is this cooling fan control/electric fan thermostat a standard part in the loop? Where is it?

I have no idea what that is on the auto zone page nothing that Chrysler uses.  U more then likely have a fan relay prob.
