Question
I HAVE AN 08 TOWN & COUNTRY.. THE DRIVERS REAR DOOR WONT OPERATE FROM THE KEY FOB, OR THE INTERIOR BUTTON.  THE WINDOW ON THE SAME DOOR WONT WORK EITHER

Answer
Hi Ed,
I answered this question on the 19th, so I presume you also asked Kevin whose response was to send it to the 'pool' of experts, i.e. to me since I am the only other expert at this site. As I said, while I don't have an '08 manual nor wiring diagrams for a power window in the sliding door because the '05 didn't have such a power window, my belief for a the cause of both the power door and the window would have to be a disconnected harness between the body and the door which presumably carries the wires to the power door module located in the door as well as the power window local switch and window motor. The power doors and the power windows are independent electrical sub-systems so there in not likely a fuse or any common wires that could take out both rather it would be that the wire harnesses for them are routed together and probably through a multi-pin disconnect so as to allow the door to be removed if necessary without doing damage to the wirings. The harness that comes to the door interfaces between the floor and the underside of the door. If you open the door and look under the door sill you should be able to identify it and then look to see how that harness can be disconnected either at the floor or at the underside of the door.
I wish you good luck on finding such a disconnect point and ideally reconnecting it and solving your problem.
