Chrysler Repair: 98 T&C Ambient Air Sensor replacement, sensor replacement, air sensor

I bought this part from my local dealer and I know it is between the grill and the radiator.  Can you tell me the best way to get at this part to replace it?  Do I need to remove the grill or a headlamp?  Thanks.

AMBIENT TEMPERATURE SENSOR
REMOVAL
Raise and support vehicle on safety stands.
From behind front bumper fascia, remove screw holding sensor to radiator closure panel.
Remove sensor from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the above procedures.
