Chrysler Repair: 97 lhs, fuse, pcm

Question
Yeah tried the fuse, even put new one in just to be sure. In the same row, third from the other end is a white wire with blue stripe, kind of weird. Now I had changed the ignition switch about a year ago, is it possible in any way that this could be the culprit again?

Answer
It isn't clear to me but if you are saying the fuse isn't hot, then yes, the ignition switch is supposed to power that fuse via a red/white wire. If not, then you won't get the check engine light.
The #17 fuse socket is supposed to have red/white wires on both sides of the fuse, and the #18 fuse is supposed to be the dark blue and blue/white wired fuse that supplies the pcm that I told you about several questions ago. If you have power on the fuses and the pcm then I believe the check engine bulb is 'out'.
