Chrysler Repair: 2004 Pacifica choking, circuit resistance, signal circuit

Question
I have a 2004 Pacifica.
It was "choking" (went faster and slower) when I was driving on the highway. It also couldn't come to a full stop (inch and inch it went even though I stepped on the brake).
The engine light came up and the codes are P0068 and P0108.
After I let the car sat for about 30 minutes, the problems seems to went away.
I cleaned the codes, check all the fluid and cleaned all the air intake openings.
I am sure the car is still in trouble, can anyone tell me whats wrong with it? Thanks
