Chrysler Repair: fault code P0107, signal circuit, chrysler town


Question
My husband recently had some problems with his 2003 Chrysler town %26 country.The mechanic told him the PCM needed changing.We did change it ,however the van would not idle for long periods,would sputter and black specks are coming from the muffler.After numerous checks this fault code P0107 is showing.Please help as to what this mean and how it can be rectified.

P0107-MAP SENSOR LOW

POSSIBLE CAUSES
MAP SENSOR VOLTAGE BELOW .078 VOLTS
(K6) 5 VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
(K6) 5 VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT OPEN
MAP SENSOR INTERNAL FAILURE
(K1) MAP SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
(K1) MAP SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO (K4) SENSOR GROUND CIRCUIT
PCM (K6) 5 VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT
PCM (K1) MAP SENSOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT
