at the shop they change the sensors speed, the relays box, and other stuffs but the problem continue.
Ho and when you try to set the shift on L you can´t there no enough space only comes on 3.

Answer
Being stuck in 2nd gear is called "limp-in mode". It is a fall-back condition when the transmission computer has noticed a problem and it does this to protect against futher unnecessary damage. It also means that a coded number has been stored in the computer that describes what is wrong and what is possibly the cause.
Have you tried to get a fault code readout of the transmission computer? If there is an Autozone parts store near you they will do that for free. Or go back to the shop that did the trans repair work and ask them to read out the memory of the computer for fault codes and tell you what they are. Then we can see what might be the answer. If you get the codes, be sure to ask for the code number, what it means, what they recommend as the repair, and the cost. Then write back and tell me those details. Also tell me the year of the vehicle.
