Chrysler Repair: 98 EAGLE VISION overheats, radiator cooling fans, temperature gauge

Question
MY CAR RAN HOT SO I GOT THE WATER PUMP CHANGED AND FLUSHED THE RADIATOR BUT IT STILL RUNS HOT WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM????

Answer
Hi Netta,
Besides the temperature gauge reading high, what are the other symptoms: overflow of coolant from the filler bottle reservoir, blow off steam from it, loss of coolant elsewhere?
Now some specifics would be helpful: how quickly does the gauge rise the H? Are the radiator cooling fans working?
Do you see white smoke from the tailpipe when you first start the car in the morning, that persists longer than a minute or so?
Aside from several possibilities related to the specific symptoms: have you changed the thermostat in case it might be off-value and not opening up at a low enough temperature?
Tell me as much as you can about the history and the symptoms and I should be able to give you some ideas. Please answer all the above questions, however. Also tell me which size (L) engine is in the car.
