Chrysler Repair: 99 300m power door unlock issue, bottom row, fuse

Question
With either remote or by pressing lock button from inside vehicle, I am able to lock all the doors at once but only the driver door will "unlock".  Not sure that this is an actuator problem since they all lock.  
Recently had service work performed at a garage where the battery was disconnected and replaced.....could this have short circuited something?  How do I begin to trace the issue?  Thanks!

Hi Chris,
The driver unlock has its own relay, the un-lock function for the other doors is a separate relay. Check relay 9 in the dash fuse/relay box that you access by removing the left side end cap of the dash. The relay in question is in the bottom row of 3, closest to the front of the car. Try switching out with another relay of the same part number to see if that restores the function.
