Chrysler Repair: 99 chrysler town and country: wont start, chrysler town and country, odometer reading

Question
I Have a 99 chrysler town and country limited AWD and it doesn't want to start. It makes this clicking noise near the dash board aroung the emergency brakes but when I remove a fuse from the dash it stops. Any suggestions to my problem?

Answer
Hi Tania,
Does the starter motor work and the engine won't catch and run? Or does the starter motor not work at all? And if it doesn't work does the starter relay in the box under hood click/do you hear a loud click from the starter motor area on the engine on when you try the start position with the key? What is the relay that is doing the clicking in the under dash fuse box? and which fuse # did you remove?  If the starter doesn't work, and instead you hear just a click from under the dash, that may be a sign of a weak battery. How old is the battery compared to its warranty?
Try using the ignition key to see if there is a fault code in the engine computer:'on-off-on-off-on and leave on' doing that in 5 seconds or less elapsed time. Then watch the odometer reading in the dash to change from miles to a four digit number prefixed by a P. Let me know if you find that and tell me more about the above questions. Also tell me which engine you have.
