Chrysler Repair: Dodge Neon 2001 CamShaft Sensor Problem, volt supply, dodge neon

Question
Hi,

I have a 2001 Dodge Neon, I was driving it this morning with no trouble when my check engine light came on and a immediate loss of power.  I had it towed home.  These codes then came up.

P1684 engine code
The P1684     code simply means that the battery has been disconneted within the last 50 starts.

P0340           Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction

My husband has now replaced both the battery and the camshaft sensor and the care still won't start and the same codes came up??  Can you please help?

Thanks,
Sarah
