Chrysler Repair: 2001 chrysler town & country spark plug removal, chrysler town, spark plug

I am having trouble removing the spark plugs for my 01' town & country is there a special tool that you have to use to remove the bottom plugs?

Hi Regina,
Which engine are you working upon? And may I ask which spark plug numbers are giving you the problems (I am not clear which are 'top' and which are 'bottom'). How many miles on the old plugs (the plugs are typically only needing to be changed every 80-100K miles)? Is there some other problem that you are dealing with that might be the cause other than the plugs?
Sorry to ask so many questions, but I need to know so I can be most helpful.
