Chrysler Repair: 1998 Concorde Climate Control: no actuators, climate control unit, digital temp

Question
Air comes out of panel vents only regardless of digital control unit vent setting.  Snow button does turn on/off A/C but digital temp setting has no effect...air is either cold (A/C) or ambient regardless of the 61 to 89 degree settings).  Installed used Climate Control Unit with no change.  Self diagnostic mode never shows any codes, just blinks forever.  Tied disconnecting/connecting battery but no change. I'm now stumped. Can this be a blend door actuator problem, even though no code shows up?  Or another actuator problem which deflects air flow to defroster or floor?  Seems both would not fail at the same time.  Any ideas?  I have read all your questions/answers but none exactly fit this apparent  problem.  Thanks in advance for your wisdom.

Answer
You will recall that we exchanged q and a's earlier this month about your car. I am competing to be recognized as 'expert of the month' for November, and the voting ends Sunday afternoon. If you would consider giving me a vote, that would be most appreciated. Use the "Thank/rate" tab below where you will see "nomination?" and then change the 'no' to a 'yes' to give me that support. I hope things are well with you and your vehicle.

Hi Russell,
I would check out for the presence of 5V on any of the pink/dark blue wires that are found at pin 15 of the black plug of the body control module (which is the source of that supply), or at any of the door actuators of the distribution box, or a 16-pin black connector at the underside of the dash to the left of the center line (pin 6) which also carries that wire. If you lost that supply all the door actuation would stall. The body control needs voltage from fuse 14 (when the ignition is in the run position) and fuse 19 which should be hot all the time, so check the fuses and that the voltage is there. Let me know what you find and we can go from there.
Sorry for the delay, but I just found your question in the "pool" this morning.
