Chrysler Repair: 1997 Plymouth Voyager-headlights not aligned, plymouth voyager, low beams

Question
we have a 97 Plymouth Voyager AWD. Can you tell me how to align the headlights. When driving at night, they tend to point downward, making it difficult to drive on a dark road without having the brights on. Would appreciate any assistance.
thanks!
