Chrysler Repair: car runs hot, old stuff, coolant

QUESTION: I have a 2002 PT Cruiser that runs hot very fast. One day I looked at the water in the radiator and it aws dark brown.I flushed the radiator and replaced the thermostat. it still ran hot. I then took the radiator out and took to the raditor shop. The guy said when he cleaned it, and said half of it was stopped up. He rodded it out I put it back on and it ran hot pretty fast.What can I try next? What can be the problem?

ANSWER: do the fans come on?

QUESTION: yes the fan comes on.

possible clog else where then in the system   U said U flushed the system   u just drained out the old stuff and put new stuff in correct?  if so  that is not a flush that is just drain and fill. U will need a machine to flush the system out  and it may take a few times if u et the coolant get that nasty.
