Chrysler Repair: brake sticks/drags after applied, hot weather, metal tubing

Question
I recently have had a problem with the front right side brake hanging up.  I had the caliper and both rotors and pads replaced by a shop.

While the problem is better (before it would engage fairly hard), the brakes still seem to be hanging up on the same side, particularly in hot weather or in heavy traffic.  I'm not sure if the rear is hanging up as well (they are drums), because the fronts are the ones that are most noticeable (you can smell the pad "burning").  And you can hear, when you stop and turn the car off on an incline, a groan as the front brake slowly detaches.

Any ideas?

Answer
Hi Eric,
In my experience a failure to release, despite a new caliper, etc. is often due to a degraded rubber brake line that connects the caliper to the fixed metal tubing of the brake system nearby. The interior lumen of the hose can degrade and flow better toward the caliper than back toward the power brake unit, thus the failure to release. So try a new brake hose.
