Chrysler Repair: 1991 lebaron turn signals, continuity test, turn signals

Hi I have exactly the same problem you had a few months ago on a 91 LeBaron conv. 4ways work, turn signals only work intermittantly, flasher is a yellow relay that must handle 4way and turn signals as it clicks when they are on. No one in Maine has an answer. Did you find a solution. LEE

Hi Lee,
I can't identify the question, but I don't recall a definitive answer. If the system is reliable for the flashers then the combo flashers is OK.  I would have to believe it is either the turn signal switch itself or the diode package in the relay bank. I can give you the continuity test for the remote switch if it wasn't in the message you cited. Is it the case that the hi/lo beam is also controlled by that same remote switch? It isn't exactly clear in my manual.
