Chrysler Repair: 1998 chrysler minivan town/country ac, chrysler minivan, cooling coil

My ac works but does not blow hard out the vents. put a motor in last summer and the motor seems to be working fine. I took fan and motor out for a test run and blows air.. what else could it be, a door not open to the vents. Its the same on defrost. thx jon.

Does it also do this in the "recirc" setting? If not, then maybe the external air intake under the grille in front of the windshield may be blocked by leaves/debris. There is no door that I know of that will reduce the air flow as the air is split to either the heater/cooling coil, or a mixture, but nothing is used to block the air.
