Chrysler Repair: 2002 Chrysler Town & Country 3.3 liter V6 Intermittent starting problem, dodge vans, chrysler town

Question
QUESTION: My 2002 Chrysler Town & Country has an intermittent starting problem. I
have to disconnect the positive cable from the battery and reattach it . Then ,
the van starts. I think I hear a click sound when I reattach the battery cable.
Not sure what it is. When I had my battery , starter , and alternator checked,
everything was good. However, something is draining 14 amps from the
system.  Some other important information, as I start to drive the car the
automatic car lock buttons goes down as normal but, the brake light comes
on along with the abs light for several seconds then goes out. Just wondering
if this is related?
Thanks for your help!

Thanks for your help!

Answer
I have seen issues such as that yes  but none of them are the same. U might have a computer or something staying on and U wont be able to find it unless u have meters and such to see where the amp draw is at.
and no there is no recalls or TSB for this kinda issue.
