Chrysler Repair: 91 dodge dynsaty: no run, fuel pressure regulator, air control valve


Question
my vehicle died after going to the market, it has spark, power to injectors, good fuel pressure map sensor is good idle control valve is good, wires and plugs is good as is the ignitor fuel pressure regulator is good, air control valve is good I can spray starter fluid into it and it will run as long as im sprayin it.  It will not idle other wise Im at my wits end can you help me please

Use the ignition switch to get a fault code from the computer:
"on-off-on-off-on and leave "on", doing that in an elapsed time of 5 seconds or less. Then watch the check engine light which remains "on" to begin to flash, pause, flash, etc. Count the number of flashes before each pause. Then repeat to be sure of an accurate count. Then group the numbers in pairs in the order of appearance to form the two digit fault code numbers. Then go to www.allpar.com/fix/codes.html for a translation or write back with the numbers and I'll go from there. The last number is always 55 because that means "end of readout". Also tell me which engine you have in the car.
