Chrysler Repair: left side window wont go now, breaker 19, ohmmeter

I have 2002 serbring convert, the left window won't go down, but it will go down with master control on the driver side..

Hi Dan,
I assume that by "left" you are speaking of the passenger-door side.
If that is the case it is almost certainly the switch at that door. You can remove it by gently lifting up the bezel at the rear and then the front. Use your fingers or a piece of soft wood and pry slightly toward the inside of the car as you lift it. If you have an ohmmeter I can tell you how to test, after you remove the plug. For electrical safety I would suggest removing the circuit breaker #19 while dealing with the plug so as to avoid a short.
